General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

Bleeding through urethra might indicate a recent injury to your genitalia or urinary tract infection. Further evaluation by urologist is needed.

If pain gets worse after food, it might indicate a GI problem. A further consultation with GI specialist is needed together with upper endoscopy.

I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- avoid citrus juice/foods

Wish fast recovery!
