What Is The Solution For Hard And Painful Sneezes?

I finished my z pac for bronchitis today. I am sneezing up whitish color discharge, my nose runs clear and slightly coughing occasionally (I can go 5 hours without coughing) but my concern is that I sneeze more frequently and my sneezes are so hard, I run to the bathroom. Is this normal?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
No,This excessive and forceful sneezing is not normal at all.
I would advise you the following:
- Nasal decongestant drops and streroidal nasal drops for containing the allergic reaction that you have.
Z-pack is already completed and the color of the phlegm is white and hence you may not need further antibiotics,
Oral decongestant and anti-tussive syrup as it contains antihistamines too.
Steam inhalations.
Bed rest
Keep away from the allergens, fumes, scents, pets, dust and so on whichever is giving you this bad sneezing.
