What Is The Solution For Crackling And Hurting Wrist?

I don't know what's wrong with my wrist. Its been hurting for at least two weeks now and I don't know the reason. Every time I move it in a circular position I can feel cracking and the side of my wrist hurts when I move it. When I lift weights it hurts when I start applying pressure on it. Theirs no swelling what so ever.

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have arthritis, of the wrist joint, may be rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically and pain killers when ever nesessory.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken,
and sea foods till the pains are cleared.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
