What Is The Solution For Constant Low Grade Fever?

I m 26 and female. I have had constant low grade fever for the past 2 months which was diagnosed as an infection early on and I was treated with 4 different courses of antibiotics. My blood tests now show no infection, but the fever persists. All my tests were clear, ESR normal and all results in normal range. So the fever was attributed to stress and I was asked to rest. Yesterday, I got a complete stool examination and the report shows Fat globules, Vegetable cells and Starch Granules. What does this mean? what should I do next?

First of all I want to explain you that fat globules , vegetable cells and starch ( undigested food in human) are normally present in stool with no concern.
Now according to you , you are having low grade fever from last 2 months and took 4 course of antibiotics .
However all tests are normal including E S R .
In my opinion this type of fever low grade may be due to .
1 Tension or anxiety as you yourself mentioned . So take care about.
2 Typhoid fever is another cause of such low grade fever , so get in blood for Widal test as well serology test .
3 Although you don't have any cough etc and above all E S R is normal so sometimes I have noted in my many patient that they suffer from " drug fever " i.e. fever due to antibiotics .
So whenever you feel temperature put ice pack over forehead and relax.
In my opinion deal as I mentioned.
