What Is The Small Movable Lump In The Mid Chest?

Hello,

I am a 20 year old caucasian man, a few weeks ago I discovered a small lump in center of my chest, about the size of a small pill. It is in the skin, and moves with it, I can even hold it between my fingers. Could this be anything to worry about?
