I am a 19 year old guy. I want to know what s the right and safe interval between two masturbations? Does supressing such desires create any problem? sometimes such feelings come frequently in mind and i feel really depressing. How can i live more healthly and creatively? plz help.

Actually there is no predefined interval that is safe and right interval.
It should be depend upon your sexual satisfaction while masturbation.

You should just follow your feeling whether to choose second time masturbation or not because while masturbating most people satisfy with first time.

but if your sexual feelings are too high you may go for it after some interval when you feel ok to go for it again.

So, its totally depends on you that how much interval you want between two masturbation.
