What Is The Reson For Pain And Swelling In Inner Elbow With Blueish Purple Veins?

I have Pain and swelling in my inner elbow right below my bicep. It hurts to extend my arm. I also noticed a couple of small blueish purple veins there too. I got my blood taken about a month ago, and the pain is almost exactly like the pain after getting you blood taken. Kind of like its bruised, but it isnt. What could this be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The prominent vein is not the clinical condition of any kind so no need to worry about it, for the elbow swelling it could be joint inflammation due to arthritis changes tennis elbow could be a cause, try some NSAID and the "Diclofenac" is the drug of choice, it would be much better if you put your arm in brace for few days it will go away have nice day be in touch with HCM for further query,
