What Is The Remedy To Decrease The Inflammation In My Knuckle Due To A Volleyball Injury?

i was wondering what i can take to decrease the inflammation in my knuckle due to a volleyball injury. ice and painkillers do not seem to be helping it much. i have already seen an orthopedic doctor for it. pretty much its a chip fracture that happened about a month or so ago.

You may simply need to give this injury more time as most fractures particularly in the hand can remain symptomatic for up to 8 weeks. Hand therapy by a physiotherapist or occupational therapist can help speed recovery.
