What Is The Remedy For The Stiffness And Soreness In The Neck Causes Due To A Fall?

Hi doctor . I fell backwards last night onto concrete floor . Hit my head first. My neck is sore and stiff today. I went to A&E . They dischraged me as they could see no harm . However I am worried about my neck . Could you please tell me what you think I have done . Thankyou Maria

Hi Maria with your description of incident it does appear that you have not hurt yourself much and neck pain could be only muscular. I would suggest that you take pain killers for few days and if you don't feel comfortable then go for x ray neck.
