General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be skin fibrosis devolved due to fibrosis. It will last long and difficult to get rid of. If you are worried, you can opt for intralesional steroid injection. Consult a dermatologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
