I have sinus congestion for the last two weeks or so and is more severe at night. I've had similar issues for as long as I remember during the winter season. I am from texas. What do you recommended is a good medication for sinus relief?

The treatment for sinusitis in acute episodes is by using decongestants and mucolytics. Antibiotics are required in case of acute infection.
Chronic recurrent sinusitis not responding to medical treatment is treated by surgery in the form of endoscopic sinus surgery.
