Dear karan singh.Presence of eosinophilia in blood is suggestive some allergy reaction. This the reason why you are having cold and cough. You need a course of anti allergic drugs for the same.Try to look for the cause of allergy,at time it is difficult but in some cases by keeping a diary of events you may able to find it so that it can treated effectively.ok buy.take care.
