What Is The Remedy For Cold?

I have had a cold for the past 8 days and it will not go away. I have lots of mucous bright yellow in color and I spend most of my nights unable to sleep because I cannot breathe. I flush my my nose out with warm salt water sniffs and gargle with salt water, but I am not betting better. What do I do????

With.medicTion cold goes ina week without meds a week. In your case your immunity is compromised. Have lots of fluids , don t sniff, can lead to sinus problems, discharge whenever u have urge. Have fresh warm or.hot foods. Consult a G.P if.it persists for more than ten days
