What Is The Remedy For MS?

Hi, I have MS, its active at the moment; however I have a new pain. Literally a pain in the backside. The muscle of my left buttock is cramping up. I feel it in the buttock and down the back of my left thigh. I have been stretching and trying to rub it out, anything else you would suggest to alleviate the pain?
