welcome to Health care magic.
1.It could be recurrent infection / inflammation in the tesitis, which will go of with a course of antibiotics.
2.But we have to find out the cause why its causing frequently.
3.If you are in India, get an ultrasound Scrotum done which will help you in evaluation of underlying problem, there could be some thing to do with blood supply i suspect ( venous)
4.Get it done its just 5-10 minutes scan.
5.Other option is to continue the same antibiotics which will also gives relief.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
