What Is The Recovery Time For Urosepsis?

my husband has been home from hospital for 5 days after being rushed into hospital with urosepsis and is very up and down. he suffers with high blood pressure normally and hasn t started taking them yet . I am wondering how long his recovery will be and when is a good time to return to work
