What Is The Recovery Time For Exercise Induced (chest) Muscle Pull?
I do pole dancing for exercise and pulled a muscle in my chest wall 1.5 weeks ago. Even though it is starting to get better, i am still in a lot of discomfort. How long does it normally take to heal as I am doing a teacher training course in two weeks time and is there anything I can take to help it?
