As per your query you are going to take ashwagandha powder and want to know about the dose . Well ashwagandha, is an herb used in Ayurveda medicine . It is usually used in case of stress and anxiety , general body strength and for strong immune system . Lowest effective dose for acute usage of ashwagandha is 300-500mg and the optimal dose is 6,000mg a day usually divided into three doses (2,000mg) , but the dose depend upon many factors like age , weight , body's need , ailments and other factors .
