My daughter just travelled back to uk ,she is having acute stomach pain ....the only thing she had was rice pulao made in butter which had been in the fridge for sometime ,could ghe bitter have gone rancid !Shealso threw up,is it good infection.....can she take meftal n at what intervals

meftal is not meant for food infetion, its just a pain killer but not for stomach pain, for that its meftalspas, it can be given at 8hr intervals.
