What Is The Reason Of Vertigo After A Fall?
Yesterday I was thrown from my horse. Hit the ground, blacked out and cannot remember how I landed. There was a disturbance in my left eye - a patch of blurry, vibration. It has since gone, but last night I woke several times with extreme vertigo, having to open my eyes and sit up to stop the spinning. Should I be concerned?

hello, thanks for ur query, vertigo post injury could be due to simple or major damage of inner ear, brain, cervical vertebra, edema around brain or something else. u need to be evaluated by general , physical and ent examination with ct brain plain.mean time u can take tab . vertin8 mg twice daily for 3 days. all d best. take care.
