What Is The Reason Of Losing Weight Loss?

i have been losing weight because i don't want to eat as much. i run 50 miles a week, and try to stay at 1500 calories. my doctor says he won't just watch me die from starving myself. what point could he do this?
i don't weigh myself anymore, but he considers me underweight. i feel resigned to this.

You don't want to eat much, stay at 1500 calories, do strenuous exercises, it's all O.K.But how do you feel now. are you comfortable.
If you are active, and comfortable, every thing else is not to be concerned.
You take green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to complete the balanced diet.
Any how obey your doctors advise as well as he would have found some thing else in your body.
