What Is The Reason Of Having Cold Like Feeling In Lungs While Taking Deep Breath?
Weird sensation when I breathe deeply, like coldness in my lungs. Also feels like I can t get enough air, its not often, but it happens. Sometimes when I run my lungs feel really uncomfortable, coldness is there but a lot worse. Very hard to describe the feeling.

It is the underlying stress, anxiety or another psychologic issue which is responsible for such a sensation.
Need deep breathing exercises and stress management rather than worrying for medicines.
