What Is The Reason Fro Excessive Belching?

Hey Doc, I have a question regarding my excessive belching. This has been going on for some time now. I have no clue what it is from. I would like to know if it could be smoking related. But the only thing is even when I haven t smoked all day I still continue to belch. It is kind of irrirating. Can you help me

Hi...yes smoking is one of the factor...try reducing it...also take small frequent meals and take a stroll after a majour meal...you can also reduce sugar in your diet...it should help...
