Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, the possibilities include truncal acne and pityrosporum folliculitis.
Truncal acne is a type of acne/ pimples affecting chest, back and neck . it could benefit from using a topical gel containing 2.5% to 5% Benzoyl peroxide.
Pityrosporum folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicles by a yeast. You need to take a course of oral antifungal like ketoconazole or itraconazole for 5 days. You can also try using a 2% ketoconazole containing shampoo. Apply it over the affected areas during bath and wash it off after 10 minutes for 10-15 days.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
