Hey iam a 33 year old male I have messed with women who did drugs I have been losing a lot of weight having trouble eating no energy I have been tested for hiv but it always comes back negative but I know something is wrong could I be hiv positive or have aids and it not be showing up I never have any energy I can t work I don t have no money what do I do to try to get treatment if iam hiv positive

I understand your concern. If the tests show that you are negative, there is no reason to worry. If you are sexually active, than test yourself once a year just to be sure.
If the test would be positive, than there is medication for each state of disease.
