What Is The Reason For Having Burning Sensation Under Rib Cage To Back For A Month?

I have had a burning sensation under right rib around to the back for over a month now. I am 41 a smoker overweight. No current hhealth problemss. I had gallbladder, appendix removed years ago although I do have history of kidney stones. This feels different. I have no health insurance.
