Hello,

Sorry to hear about you being diagnosed with MS. The medication you are prescribed by the neurologist is right and it will be unfair to doubt his prescription as what was best needed he has advised you that.

I would like to put in this way, usually, in MS people off late tend to have more sleep because the brain is trying to recover and it's a known fact that during sleeping human tissue develops the immune system strong and improves the condition of the body physiologically.

Since you get more sleep it's not a worry but I think you should get involved in regular Physical activity so that you tend to stimulate your brain for hormone secretions which help your alertness levels go high.

Usually, most patients in later stages of MS complain of the sleeping nature and with physical activity, they tend to improve the activeness levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
