What Is The Reason For Constant Urge To Urinate And Tingling After Urination?

hello for the past week now i have been feeling a constant urge to urinate jst after i finish, and tingling sensation after i have finished , and sme times a little bit of burning sensation for the first few seconds of realsing my urine is this a sign of any std or any other major disease?

Hello and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
You should mention your age and sex,and if you're on any medication.
Your symptoms are similar to that seen in UTI (urinary infection).
If you've had sex with multiple partners,a STD must be ruled out.
kindly do the following tests to get an idea of the cause.
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,RBS,LFT,creatinine,VDRL,HbsAg and HIV.
3. Ultrasound scan-KUB,with residual urine.
After seeing the reports,an expert opinion can be given.
