What Is The Reason For Abdomen Pain?

hi I m have pain in my lower left abdomin but it doesn t hurt when I push in or let go. only when I lay back or lift or when I m exercising. which thats how it began. the exercises I was doing were planks mainly or mountain climb positions & pushups. so a lot of my workout was on the floor. two days of that & my stomach pain start. its happened twice. the first time I waited a week to rest & heal. now I m having to do the same. I m walking only. nothing else. my husband thinks I may have a muscle tear. but I don t know. thanks for any advice. Teri

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Yes, your history is suggestive of lower abdominal wall muscle strain.
I would advise you the following:
First of all stop straining these muscles till you are cured of the problem.
Avoid all the activities giving a pull or push on these muscles.
Take an anti-inflammatory medicines
Consult a General Surgeon, get examined, also go for high resolution ultrasonography of the abdomen to rule out any internal problem and of the abdominal wall to see for potential tear or hematoma formation.
