What Is The Purpose Of Gudcef And Rinostat Plus Tablets?

I travel out of India for a long time and my Doc. Adviserd me to keep Gudcef-200 and Rinostat plus for cure of Fever, cold, cough etc. Pl advise these medicines are for cure of what respectively so that I take only that tablet which is needed for Fever or otherwise. Regards.

Gudcef 200 mg tablet contains cefpodoxime proxetil that belongs to the group of antibiotic medications known as cephalosporins is used in the treatment of bacterial infections in the body such as urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections like pneumonia, ear infections, sinus infections, throat infection, skin and soft tissue infections. It helps you to cure your infections by killing the infection causing bacteria in your body.

Rinostat plus tablet contains paracetamol, phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine and caffeine that is used in the treatment of common cold and allergy symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sneezing etc. This medication is also used in the treatment of fever, headache, body ache etc. You should follow your doctor's advice. Before stop taking any of these medications, you should inform your doctor first.
