Dolonex contains piroxicam a potent analgesic. Degenerative disc disease is associated with severe pain. Dolonex will cause pain relief. But excessive use should be avoided considering adverse effects on GIT and nephrotoxicity. Add a muscle relaxant for better result and tab pregabaline if radicular pain.
