Im a 14 year old girl. I've been through alot in the past two years. Alot of stress has been put on me due to my dad going to iraq and me resently being taken away from my father. But to the point, I keep getting this repeating beat in my head, i get nervous and my heart beats fast , my suspisions are its anxiety attacks , but im not sure please help.

Abnormal heart beat could be due to anxiety only but it can not be taken as granted for that and it has to be checked out for cardiac disease so it is advisable to see the cardiologist for EKG and ECHO.
