What Is The Prognosis When The Presence Of Epithelial Cells And Pus Cells In Urine Are Prominent?

I had an hvs and urine culture. results as follows urine microscopy: pus cells + epithelial cells + yeast cells =Nil red blood cell =Nil hvs microscopy: epitheral cells +++ yeast cells +++ pus cells 0-1phf red blood cell=nil. HVS culture yielded a heavy growth of candida albicans. please what do I do

Presence of more than normal quantity of pus cells in the urine indicates urinary tract infection. Further culture shows organism Candida. Usually, candida infection is seen in diabetic patients. You have to take a course of antifungals and antibiotics for UTI (urinary tract infection) & also check for blood glucose levels.
