What Is The Prognosis For Severe Cramps In The Hands And Feet?
Hello，The initial symptoms of the patient is walking back and standing instability with the whole body cramps. She can sleep only with face to mattress rather than back lying on the mattress. Her hands and feet can not stop cramping. What is the possible diagnosis of this disease? Thank you very much. Best

It could be due to dehydration or peripheral vascular disease.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
