What Is The Prognosis For Coronary Artery Disease?

Today I had a heart cath to further explore the LAD after a calcium CT score (though fairly low at 250) showed a concentration of the calcium was in the LAD. A blockage of 55% was detected and no stent was indicated. I am 66 years old, very active cyclist and 6 1 195 lb male. What is my prognosis
