What Is The Prognosis For A Liver Cirrhosis Patient With Renal Failure?

Sir, one of my friend aged 45 years is suffering from severe liver disease and his doctor has confirmed it as Chronic Liver Disease - Decompensated Cirrhosis Liver. His MELD score is 38. He has renal failure/SBP/Early Hepatic Encephalopathy. Kindly advise the next course of treatment.

liver function and renal function test should be done. avoid hepatotoxic food drink and alcohol. can take livosin and liv52 consult nephrologist for advise on treatment monitoring of liver function and renal function should be done
