What Is The Pressure On My Chest After Pneumonia Attack?

I had pneumonia for second time in 8 mths 2 mth ago and I have been experiencing a discomfort in my chest where my ribs join together as well as my upper right arm. It's a heavy ache not a sharp pain and I experience it if leaning forward to do things or if I lay on my front or if I have pressure on top of my chest when laid down I can't breath. Blood tests are clear

Thanks for asking this question.
You have not mentioned your age, any other ailment at the moment or your general health nor which medicines you took for your pneumonia. The pain which you are talking about in your arm could be a referred pain, a name we give to the pain when the actual site of disease is at a different place than at where the patient feels the pain. We can have involvement of pleura, a membrane around the lungs, when there is infection in the lungs and the pain of this can be referred to the upper arm.
