What Is The Normal Value For TSH In 56 Yrs Old Women?

UHi my mother is 56 yrs old, she recently undergo surgery, the doctor remove her thyroid gland. After the surgery the doctor gave her some medicines to take, but she became weak, and always not feeling well. Then she discontinue taking meds and now she s fine, is it safe not to take meds.. Her TSH 60uiu/ml now.. Is it normal? Or she must visit doctor for another medicines?.

Hi, good morning actually you did not mention why she undergone thyroid surgery ?what is the name of the surgery is it total thyroidectomy or partial or subtotal thyroidectomy? ok once if you are on any thyroid medicines u should not stop without doctors advice. The given TSH value is not properly mentioned. Thank you.
