What Is The Normal BP And Heart Rate In Early Sixties?

I gave blood today & was given my blood pressure as 115/78 with a heart rate of 60 bps. I am a 57 year old male who does very moderate exercise comprised mainly of sporadic fast walking for about 15-20 minutes, mixed in with some 20 lb dumbbell hand weight curls. Is my BP & heart rate good, normal or not so good? Thank you...

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. The BP for you looks normal. It should be correlated with your clinical features. If you feel dizzy or you usually have a considerably higher BP then this could be a slight lower BP.Usually 110-130/70-85 are considered absolutely normal. But some cases should be correlated clinically as I mentioned before. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
