What Is The Noraml BP Range?
Hi I am a 37yr old female and following my optician noticing that some of the veins in my eyes are too wiggly I have tested my bp and pulse the result was 151/85 103 taken again a few mins later it was 135/77 101 can anyone tell me if this is ok, should I book an app to visit my doc?

normal bp ranges from systolic 90-119 and diastolic 60- 79mmhg
changes in veins of retina (eye ) and high blood pressures at a moment could point out that you may have hypertension or diabetes
For this you need to see a Doctor and get prescription based treatment
