Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I will keep a possibility of fungal infection/tines cruris.
Involvement of Inner thighs and folds is classical of tines cruris. It may be unilateral or bilateral.
Itching is a feature in fungal infections.
I would suggest that you may use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotriamzole 1% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
If the rash does'nt respond as expected Or if it worsens, you may visit a specialist dermatologist for a review.

Regards
