Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

The creams you have been using are not specific for acne, therefore, you should discontinue.
One of them contains a potent topical steroid i.e mometasone furoate which instead of benifitting acne may rather cause more acne on regular application.
The other one if for hypertrophic/ keloid scars and not at all for acne of post-acne scars.
Since you seem to be having a flare up of inflammatory acne, therefore, I would normally suggest an Oral antibiotic e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin, in such cases.
Oral antibiotics are antiinflammatory and bring about rapid improvement in an acne flare, noticeably within 2 weeks.
Besides, Oral antibiotics I would suggest topical antiacne preparations like clindamycin Or benzoyl peroxide gel for active inflammatory acne, during day time.
At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel over the whole affected area.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of your acne and advice accordingly.
