How to cure the hypo plastic right kidney in my 3 months old baby boy, and he a also had the dilated pelvicalyceal system. Right kidney cortical thickness measures 2.0 mm The right kidney measures 2.5 x 1.0 cms and left kidney measures 5.8 x 2.9 cms Please suggest the medication to cure the problem.

You have to rule out the exact cause for hypoplastic right kidney. Vesicles ureteric reflux or urinary tract infection may be treated accordingly with antibiotics or surgery.
People may live a healthy life with a single kidney also but please consult your nephrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
