What Is The Meaning Of The Scan Result And What Are The Treatments Required?

There is a mild subarticular bone lucency and minor bony irregularity at the lateral femoral condyle. It could be due to degeneration. Tiny osteophytes
Are noted at the patellofemoral compartment. All joint spaces are preserved. No opaque loose body or joint effusion is noted.

Hi!
I read carefully your query.
I think that you have degenerative disease of knee which may be:
- Inflamatory ( Arthrit rheumatoid,etc)
- Traumatic chronic
Whoever is your problem is a solution in elementary phase is conservative treatment with pain killer,kondroitin and not to strain youself but first of all you should consult with rheumatologist for the first problem and with orthopedist for the second.
In advanced disease your problem should treat by orthopedist doing surgery.

Anyway sport like swimming( without gravity) will help you.
