What Is The Meaning Of Corticated Osseous Seen In Posterior Lateral Arch Of C1?
can you define the following for me? A well corticated osseous is seen involving the posterior lateral arch of c1 on the right which is likely chronic or congenital in nature. Evaluation of the soft tissues demonstrates a few foci inspissated mucus within the trachea. C6-c7 mild broad based disc bulge c7-t1 mild broad based disc bulge is present with associated right para midline disc protrussion measuring 2mm.

1) Corticated ossicle = the formation of small bone that covers the bark area of disk (Not pathological condition)
2) Tracheal lining shows some changes due to mucus that is also does not indicate in disease
3) The disc no. 6,7 have been displaced form it original place by 2mm
