What Is The Meaning Of TMT Test?

TMT test +ve for reversible ischaemia, normal BP response, good exercise tolerance, LVEF=65%. What does this mean for the patient? Eco cardiogram parameters are all within normal range except observation-Aortic valve thickened. Aortic sclerosis without any evidence of aortic stenosis.

TMT means Tread Mill Test.It classify Ischaemic heart disease into reversible and irreversible. Reversible indicates good outcome if treated at initial stage properly.Ejection fraction is normal, it means that the left ventricle of the heart is pumping blood effectively.Consult a Cardiologist.
