What Is The Lump On The Right Side Of My Temple?

I have a little lumpy on the right side of my temple. It is like the size of a small pebble and moves easily. Some days i notice it more than others and some days more painful. I am only 21 and i weight 125 and workout regularly but i have had a lot of headaches and lightheadedness lately.

Even though from your history it seems to be a harmless benign lump on your temple like a lipoma or a dermoid, I would advise you to get it examined by a general surgeon and if advised, get it removed and send it for a histology test for a mental peace. On your headaches and lightheadedness , I would advise you to get your blood pressure recorded as a routine during such spells.
