my gf says there is a something loose inside her nose she thought at first it was just a booger but it won't dislodge and it moves around when she blows her nose

Without inside nose mucosa examination no conclusive comment can be given. It can be atrophic or allergic Rhinitis like condition.
So, it is better to do first rhinoscopy nose examination. Then, according to cause, specific treatment can be given. Also, consult an otorhinolaryngologist for the examination.
