What is the life expectancy of a person with 15% heart functioning? my brother is 33 years old. accourding to eco report my brother heart working is 15 percent. dr says take one lit water in 24 hrs. what is the right solution in this situatuon and hw to increase heart working 15 above . what is his life aspectation?

15% is unfortunately a deadly heart disease. His life expectancy would not be too long. There is nothing to do about except if he can afford heart transplantation.
