What Is The Life Expectancy Of A Person With Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma?

Hi my sister has stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma they did the Whipple surgery Dec, 9 2016 this years in Jan she started chemo and radiation for four weeks they stopped it for a month and then started back another chemo she just found out yesterday that it has covered her liver! Can you tell me how long a person lives with this! She stop chemo today because it made her so sick!

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about your sister. There is no specific time for her to live, but since this is a terminal case probably 6months. Discuss with your family physician about End of life care, so her remaining time can be pain free.
